Not sure why it posted twice.

Is it ok to buy a new gallon and mix it with the old?

I had some bad gas I needed rid of a couple of months ago. I had drained it from an old motorcycle tank into a five gallon bucket.

While I was deciding how to get rid of it, it all completely evaporated from the bucket. Other than leaving a residue of crud in the bottom of the bucket that will never come out, it's like it was never even there.

I don't think this method is CARB approved however...

I'd dilute it in with your lawn mower gas long before I'd ever stick that crap in a vehicle.

Have a wiener roast!

My dad had the idea of putting it on a jar and using it when I have a burn pile. I have a couple mason jars that it will fit in but im not sure when that will be. I heard that advance auto recycles it but I can't confirm this.

I don't want to burn it because I basically live in the woods.

I don't want to run stale gas through a brand new weed eater. I had a feeling people would go crazy over this. Lol.

If I don't want to burn it or put it in my vehicles, what can I do? Obviously I Cant just pour it out on the ground.
Purchase a can of Sea Foam, add some (100-200ml) to the old gas and burn it in the new weed eater.
It will burn I'm sure and shouldn't hurt a thing.

Next time you purchase gas, add the Sea Foam right away, especially if you know the gas is going to be sitting for a while. (Great stuff imo)
