Default Just changed the spark plugs and wires, %$#!

It had been 50,000 since I changed the plugs so I decided to do so. Forgot how bad it sucks and how creative you have to be with ratchet extensions. Last time I put plugs in I went with NGK 5306s, This time I went with the Champions that come stock in the truck (re14mcc4) because my local autozone had them in stock; they are part number 570 at autozone. Pulled out the NGKs and they still looked great, gap was at .052 up from .045 when I put them in. Put in the new Champions, pulled out the old rat nest of wires and installed some Taylor Thundervolt Shorties, and here I am, glad I don't have to touch them for a looooong time!!

It's not all that bad. Just takes some time. Once you have done it the next time will be a million times easier.

It's just the tight spaces and what not that get frustrating. As long as you have several different size ratchet extensions you'll be fine. I would pull one or two randomly and check them before you change them all because you may not even need to. At 50k mine were still good to go, I just did it for peace of mind.

this reminds me that I need to change mine too....crap the last four in the back are such a pain! I have the different ratchet sizes but my hands hardly fit.
