Default Grill/ Brush bar on 08 Ram

So I have been debating putting bars on the front of my truck, but still question how it would look.. So I am taking it to the Z to help me make my choice.. The bars I am looking at are the Dee Zee ultrablack bars.. Link below.. And here is a pic of my truck below.

personally I only like them on big lifted trucks. i used to want one, or even just a bull bar with lights. But the more I saw other pictures and thought about it, i decided I didn't want to crowd my little truck with things.

just my opinion. The longer I have my truck and keep doing things to it, I start to like the clean almost stock look, but just with some height and wheels/tires. Everything else just takes away from the awesomeness of these rams just the way they are

Ya I can see where your coming from.. It would be nice for protecting the front from minor damages too.. Had a guy back into me in a riced out accord when I was parked at my girlfriends and his spoiler shattered the reverse on my tail.. But my plasti-dipp protected my bumper from scratching... Would be some nice added protection.. Won't do much in a serious collision though.

I'm a fan of the bull bar. And I'm thinking less is more in this case. A bull bar would look good on your truck. I'd love to put one on mine, but then it wouldn't fit in the garage... ho hum.

That would be an issue for me if I got a garage spot.. My parents have the garage and I get the road.. I am lucky to get in the drive way

I have never seen the deal with bull bars. They are not really functional (ok, they can hold lights), you csant push or pull with them and in most cases they decrease your approach angle. If you want a bar for lights look at something by gary ellis or something.

I don't really want a bull bar, would prefer full brush bars.. I have to park my truck in a packed parking lot full of idiots at my college and I already had someone back into my truck the other week, and would like to get a little more protection for the front of my truck without dropping the bank on heavy duty bumpers.. Also almost all of my driving at night is on back country roads with deer.. i know it wont fully protect my truck from bambi running into it, but it couldn't hurt.
