Default Cruise Control shut off problem

HI everyone, I am new to this site. I have searched high and low all over the interweb and I cant seem to find an answer to my problem. I have seen a couple posts of my problem but never an answer so here goes.... In the last month or so I seem to have lost cruise control for some odd reason. I can turn it on when I am sitting still but as soon as the truck goes over 5 mph the light shuts off. I have no codes showing, no abs lights on or anything that you would think would be on because of this. I replaced my driver side hub less than a year ago so the sensor should be pretty new still. I checked the pigtail and nothing is loose there. My speedo works good, its calibrated for my 35's so I dont know where to look next. Any one else ever have this problem. O, and my truck is an 04 with 91000 miles.

My 03 has had a problem a few times where the cruise would not come on at speed. I had to stop turn the truck off and restart then it was fine. Dunno what causes it.

I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 that is having the same problem. Cruise shuts off at 5 mph. My mechanic could not get a code, however the ABS sensor showed 34mph and did not change. After about 2 weeks the cruise worked going to work, but did not work coming home.
Still unknown what problem it is.

Anything new on the Cruise Control issue? Mine worked most of the time, but sometimes I would have to turn it off then back on. After my ECU replacement, it will just turn itself off whenever it wants to, IF it even comes on at all.
