Default Electrical Wiring Harness

Simple question.. I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 and was wonder if the factory wiring harness will have connectors still on them if i do not have that option install. ex. over head console not installed but looking to install. Will the connections be there if i pull down the head liner?

I installed one in my 12 and the wiring was not there. I tapped into a wire under the dash and ran it up behind the pillar. The pain was gettin the headliner down
