Default SuperChips Issues

hello everybody,
In the past year I have had the superchips flashpaq tuner installed on my truck. I have had it on a number of different tunes and settings and used it to calibrate my truck to the 35s I have on it. My one issue I've found is that when I'm in the 93 Octane tune and I put the pedal to the floor ( obviously fooling around on the country backroad straight aways) the truck seems to not want to shift. I will hit about 80 mph and the rpms sky rocket, as soon as I let off the gas the truck shifts... my question is, is this the tuner's issue, or is my transmission just being helf back by the tires...any info would be great.
