Default Can't decide what tires to get

Hey guys,

So the tires on my 07 Ram 1500 are slowing wearing down and I'm thinking I'll need to get new tires by spring if not earlier. Only problem is I can't decide what to get. I don't live on a dirt road or anything and my truck only goes off road for hunting season or if one of my buddies lives on a dirt road. I want the aggressive look, but don't want something that will wear down real fast on the highway. Right now I have some 245/70/17 Goodyear tires on, but I'm going to go bigger and get 285/70/17.

I've narrowed my choices down to these:
-Toyo Open Country M/T
-Toyo Open Country A/T
-BF Goodrich All-Terrain
-Nitto Trail Grapplers

I'm looking for advice and maybe even pictures if anyone has any of these on their truck.

Here's a picture of my truck so you could give me an idea of how they'd look.

Thanks for your help!

I liked the BFG AT KO's - but they do wear quickly. A coworker has had nothing but problems with his Nittos (belts separating, difficult balancing).

I'm running the Cooper Discover ST/MAXX now - couldn't be happier. Good on/off road and they wear very well.

I recommend the Toyo A/Ts. I had them on my Chevy and they were great in all weather. When my Goodyears wear out that's what I'll be replacing them with.

ive never heard of the BFGs AT KO wearing quickly. I know a few guys who got 60K miles out of theirs.

they are a great tire, perfect for what you'd be doing. I had them on my f150 before I sold it

I was running 35x12.5 Toyo MT's on the highway and after 7000km (4400 miles) they didn't show any signs of wear at all. If properly rotated they should last a long time. At least 40,000 miles if not more.

The Toyo AT2's are also a great choice for an everyday driver highway truck. They still look aggressive but will last longer than an MT tire. I will definitely be looking into those for my 3500 now. Either way, Toyo makes great tires and you won't be disappointing with them.
