This is the eco diesel in a 2011 Cherokee in Australia. Was rated at 8.3 and they averaged 9.4. Not bad. Its rated a bit higher now so if even the ram averages what the Cherokee averaged in 2011 I'd be happy.

I figured 1 mpg was winter fuel, the other mpg was air density. April is when I really noticed it. Cold at night caused mileage to go down, warm in the day brought it back up. My truck was also leveled 2 inches so the nose was higher in the wind than a stock truck.

That's 25 mpg with a 5-spd transmission. Sounds pretty good to me!
