Default 98 Ram 1500 4x4 vibration

Hello all. I'm personally a 67-72 GM truck guy but my friend needs help with his truck. It's a 1998 Ram 1500 4x4 V8 auto. He has a bad vibration once he is going 40 and above. He just replaced his transfer case cause it was cracked bad enough to leak all the fluid out of it. That helped out to get rid of some of the vibration but it's still pretty bad. Could it be a transmission problem? The truck is lifted a bit and has 35's. Thanks for any help.

Need more information.

When did the vibe actually start? After the lift? After some other mod? It seems it was definitely present before the tcase swap.

Most typical vibes at that speed are related to angle of tcase and rear axle pinion going out of spec.
