I just took a regular fuse tap and did a little trimming and bending on it with dikes and needle nose. Took about 30 seconds to make it fit/work just fine in the '13 fuse panel.
There is a fuse for the rear 12V outlet that has two position provisions. Moving it makes the rear 12V outlet constant hot instead of keyed. Moving it also leaves a known ignition-on hot slot open in the fuse panel - that's where I put the tap after a few seconds massaging it into the smaller required shape.
