The 13 Express's do have an eco light. So far I have not found a way to turn it off. Maybe if you have the 5 or 8 radio's it might be possible. Mine came with the 3.whatever radio. I too can't really tell when the mds is on or off.

I'm going to have to check that out tomorrow. There are really a lot of cool gizmo info things on that display!

I checked and double checked. I have no "eco" light setting in the evic.

the eco light is useless... it just turns on when you take your foot off the gas and off when you step on it... the fuel economy meter is much more effective.

In my truck, I had to turn it under the Uconnect settings on my radio.

Be aware that turning on the ECO light in the U-Connect software was removed with one of the last few software updates. When I first picked up my Ram, I enabled the ECO light. I remember someone posting a few months ago a picture of the section of their radio that it should have been in, but it wasn't an option. It got me wondering so I went out and looked through every menu option and it is no longer available on mine. I still have the ECO light, but it looks like if I ever decide I don't want it displayed I now have no way to turn it off. Maybe it was a software bug, or maybe it was intentional. If it were intentional, then it would seem that Ram would have made the light standard but it seems there are several people here that don't have the light and no way to enable it which leads me to think it was a software bug.

I finally found my eco light! It is kinda' goofy that you have to pull it up through the settings on the radio.
