The UD pressure switch is part of the trans solenoid module; it is not serviced as an individual part. The trans solenoid module (typically just called the "solenoid") actually contains seven (7) different solenoids, plus 5 pressure switches, plus the trans temperature sensor, plus the trans range sensor (that feeds the PRND2L info to the PCM), all put together into a single part. So the UD pressure switch is one of those 5 pressure switches, that are internal to the solenoid module.

This fault does not mean there is something wrong with the UD pressure switch itself. It means the UD pressure switch is indicating a problem (i.e. pressure in the UD clutch when there shouldn't be). Think of it this way: You have a home security system, and one day you get a message / text / etc. saying: "Security system alert: An intruder has been detected inside your home." This may be a "security system" alert, but the problem is not the security system - it is the intruder! Similarly, your "UD pressure switch" fault does not mean the pressure switch is bad; it's just the messenger telling you there is a problem with your UD clutch control.

i have a 2004 dodge ram with 5.7 hemi 2wd i am having problems with my transmission it is kicking itself out of overdrive so i scanned it and it showed 716 speed sensor 700 and 876 so i changed the fluids and both filters and the speed sensor it changed out as it should then after i drove it into town about 10 miles and stoped at a local parts store and had them scan it again the speed sensor code is gone i was there about 15 min when i left it started kicking out of od again i drove it about 15 miles and scanned again and it only threw up the 700 code i then drove it back to parts store and scanned again there it showed 700 and 876 could it be the trans fluid pressure sensor that is doing this

No, a bad line pressure sensor will not cause a P0876 fault code.
