What ever came of this? I had this happen tonight after coming out of Wal-Mart and it's just no power, nada. 13K miles so I'm not worried about warranty, just wonder what your fix was????

Found another post on pulling the fuse - the fuse NOT listed in the owners manual :-)

All good - thanks, I would have tried the battery disconnect as well, but I really appreciate the response and this forum. Just a great wealth of experience that saves a trip to the dealership...

Doesn't do anything.

Unpluged my negative cable overnight once & the radio didn't even lose the presets.

Shouldn't lose the presets no matter how long the power is off. You need to reset the radio to factory settings under the enigneer menu. Only other time that I think you may lose them is when your system (radio) is updated.

The negative battery cable and fuse pull would have had the same results in my case.
