Default Passenger Side Headlight Problem

So after almost 3 years and 30,000 miles I had a headlight go out. So I thought. Bought new lamps, put them in turn them on to check them out and it still doesn't work. WTH?! Thought maybe it was a fuse. After looking in the book and also inside the fuse box cover i can't seem to find one that is only for the low beam. Every other light works except that low beam. Now thinking it might be an electrical problem? Has anyone experienced this? Anybody have any other ideas or know more about it than me? Thanks in advance for you help.
