Default 2013 drop spindles???? Do they make these?

I'm looking for a 2/4 drop kit with front spindles for my 2013 CC. I see that they make one up till the 2012 truck but does not say anything about 2013 yet. Will these fit a 2013??? If anybody has any experience with this let me know. I rather do a spindle in the front more so than a drop spring. Thanks!!!

They should fit a 2013 no problem (provided you don't have the air suspension). As far as I know nothing changed on the standard suspension between 2012 and 2013.

Alright cool! That's all I needed to know. I am planning on cutting springs to get a little bit lower drop in the front and rear. Hopefully end up with a 4/5 drop.

You're right but so wrong.. Yes the spindles from 2002-2013 are the same...... But because the lower control is totally different from the 2012 and down truck the dropped spindle will absolutely not fit.. The problem is the aluminum control arm is much beefier around the ball joint the stock spindles have a relief cut into the lower half of the spindle to allow the control arm space to move freely. But the lowered spindles does not have enough relief (no hole) for the lower control arm to move onto making it impossible to connect the upper control arm ball joint with the spindle connected to the lower ball joint contact occurs in that area... But if you take a gander at my thread http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=141002 you will see that I had that area removed to allow installation of said dropped spindles.. hope this helps

So the spindle was modified to fit? I understand what you said about there not being enough room for it to move due to the 2013 lower control arm. I'm just confused how much modifying was needed to get the spindles to work. I'm not seeing what you had to do in the pictures that's why I'm confused.

Thanks! That's all I needed to see. Now I understand.
What was used to put that nice relief section there? Did u use a grinder or what cause it looks very well done.
Thanks for the help. I want the same look you got on ur CC but about 1/2 and inch higher up front.

That's great info! Thanks for that, was looking into the spindles but didn't want to hack anything up.

I hear ya I didn't want to hack anything up either but I didn't want to ( hack ) my springs to make it lower either. A little grinding on that heavy spindle wont change a thing and you cant see it anyway..
