so i was looking at this video and it's actually the white connector hanging down that i noticed. The point out the brake controller plugs and dont touch this white plug at all. No clue what it is (u can see it hanging without even playing the video):

I checked yesterday and I have the same wire with the white plug end on it hanging in the same place.

i believe ya, we're just wondering it's purpose..

for example, the vid that N901 attached shows the oem plug used as well as a single plug for the brake lights, it leaves the one 4-white plug in question unused
do your instructions give any clarity on it's function??
