Default PCV hose (Catch can) connector size question

I am trying to source quick connect couplers for the PCV hose connector. My digital caliper reads the interior of the hose as .589 inches or damn near 15mm. The Billet Catch Cans on eBay say the hose coupling is 1/2 inch. What am I missing? Does anybody have the can installed with theses hoses on a 2013. I know Ram likes to make small annoying changes (Like the lug size from 2011 to 2012) it seems just to screw with manufacturers and us so I am a little hesitant in ordering anything without first hand knowledge from somebody.

Thanks!

I used 5/8 hose on mine with hose clamps and i prob could have gone a little smaller for where it connects to the tb and intake but i also built my own...i would assume 1/2 in would be good
