I think it still works. I used it about a month ago and it downloaded. But I have windows 7 and don't use Explorer often and cannot get adobe and IE to work with the file. I've tried the settings for IE like someone else suggested but still no good. It would be great if someone made it into a pdf and reposted it. I wasted several hours last week trying to get it to return more than blank pages. I am just going to buy a Chiltons or Haynes manual if I can find one. I am not a computer expert but not a noob either at least enough to know that what works for one may not work for everyone. Its the HTML/XML coding and the defunct adobe svg viewer.

Still working for me. It's very confusing, I don't even know how I figured it out, but here's how it works for me:

After you download it to your computer, I think it's a zip file, so unzip it.
Double click on the unzipped folder
Double click on the folder "service manual"
Double click on the folder "common"
Double click on the folder "html"
Right click on the file "default" and select "open with" then select "internet explorer"

Works for me...

EDIT: well, I'm a liar. I guess I never tried it on my new laptop with windows 7. Even thought the page comes up, when I click on the button it just goes to a blank page. It worked on my old laptop though, with windows xp.

This link didn't work for me, I found a digital copy of the Service manual for $30. Msg me for details.

OK I think I solved this thing. I spent about three hours on this because it was bugging me..

First, this will run under Win7. When you get the blank pages, you have not even required the use of the viewer. The Adobe SVG viewer works fine. Ultimately this is a Javascript compatibility issue. I am running IE10 and the JS errors start at IE9. Here is what to do..

Check your Adobe SVG install. You can use this test image to check on the install http://www-eng-x.llnl.gov/documents/tests/svg.html

After verifying your SVG install do the following:
- load default page as detailed earlier
- Click on the Enter link
- You should now see the blank frames - press F12 - this will bring up the debug tools either in a new window or across the bottom of the screen.
- look for the Browser mode and select IE 8
- go back to the blank frames. If it doesn't automatically reload - press reload and the app should work from here..

You will need to do this each time you use it.

This is more of a workaround as the real fix is to correct the JS compatibility issues. I am too lazy to fix the errors and this is pretty easy.

Also, do not use the SVG view included in the download. Use the XP version from this link and once installed test it using the link in my previous post.

http://www.adobe.com/devnet/svg/adob...load-area.html

I did find an error in the code that let the app work within IE9+ but the SVG plugin doesn't seem to work on those higher versions thus the wiring diags do not show.

So long as you set the browser to Version 8 as listed above it should work..

OK. That would explain it. There have been some major compatibility issues lately with adobe and windows 7. I just went ahead and ordered one off of ebay. Thanks for all the info guys.

I'd love to know more about this, as I was able to do this download, but can't get it to work correctly, and the only computers I have are running either Windows 7/8 or Mac OSx.. I tried sending a PM to you about it, but I still have a ways to go to make it to the required minimum posts to be able to do PM's..
