Been reading posts like this with fervor as well...
So a spindle lift is the only thing I can put on my 03' 2500 2WD?
I don't want to jack her up super high as I'm not going to be offroading at all (my lady is a pavement pounder/hauler and will never see more than grass pastures or an occasional dirt road), but don't want to be disappointed either. Looking at lifting her front by about 3" - she hauls a bumper pull trailer (about 5000lbs fully loaded with horse/tack/feed) and I'll be upgrading to a gooseneck in a few years (will be hauling around 10k fully loaded). Don't want the front end to float much while hauling, though.
Any advice? Saying "here's the best kit for you, Roe" and sending me a link is ideal as I'm VERY new to this (my first diesel/proper pickup truck - I've owned GMC and Chevy 1/2 ton gas)... but of course, I want to know what's going on under her hood. lol. I'd like to spend around $500ish if that's even humanly possible. *starts dreaming...*
