Thanks guys!! I reapply appreciate your help. REALLY!!
I can't get the truck into neutral as it won't shift due to it not starting up I guess. So how can I get it into neutral? Also, I've tried to jump it with another vehicle and that did nothing. One more thing, I have no idea what a starter relay is (sad, yeah I know). What am I looking for so I can try to swap that out? Any other ideas, please shoot em at me thanks!

I think if you turn the key to the on position, it will let you move the shifter

You should be able to get it in to neutral by turning the key to the run position, stepping on the brake, and shifting it down. It doesn't need to be running.

The starter relay essentially looks like a 1"x1"x1" cube in the fuse box (TIPM) under the hood. Pull out your user manual and find the fuse box diagram. That will tell you which one is the starter relay. Just pull it out and put one of the other relays that are around it in it's place. Just make sure you don't pull one out that will hinder the truck from running as well such as something for the fuel pump or ignition.

Nope. It won't let me move the shifter. The brake won't even go down. It's like it's locked or something.
