Default New guy here and could use some advice

First off hello to everyone. I have had my truck in the shop off and on nw for the better part of a year with the same problem. (or so I think). Now I can do a lot of work myself, but engine stuff isnt really my thing. My truck feels as though it misfires randomly. What I mean by that is when I start it up, it runs like crap, but after it warms up it seems to run ok. Now, when I get up into overdrive and cruise down the road, it gets worse and does it a lot worse. Also, when I try and back out of a parking spot, that it feels like the whole truck kinda shimmies until you give it some gas.

I have replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor. Also thermostat and water pump, but those are different reasons. I dont know what it could be and Im starting to get really irritated. Sorry, Im kinda venting here. An help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I know some folks think it's snake oil, but run a $10 can of Seafoam through your gas tank and intake before you go spending hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars throwing parts at it. A clean intake will do wonders for your performance.
