Just an update, but all the LED's are now not functioning properly. Those include the puddle lights as well as the turn signals. Called the dealer, and my truck is out of warranty (over 36,000 miles). And, they ain't covered by the extended warranty, according to them.

Default Puddle Lights stay on?

I've noticed that my puddle lights stay on for a very long time.
What is the time duration that they should remain on? Seems every time i unlock the doors and don't start the truck... 20 min later the lights are still on.

2010 Laramie with tow mirrors. The passenger puddle light assembly went out - popped it out - replaced it with a modified LED License plate light - a little grinding with a Dremel and silicone it back in - works like a hot damn ! Total cost - $12.00 Now the drivers side is down to 1 LED and when it goes I will do the same to it! It appears that the mirror fills up with water where the LED sits and the thing rusts and corrodes. It also appears the tow mirror puddle light are easy to replace as they just pop in.
