Default 2002 Ram Transmission Issue

I have a 2002 Ram that is starting to have some shifting issues. It has 92,000 and the fluid was changed at around 50k and most miles are around town. First it seems like it is slipping from a stop and then when you slow down to stop it seems like it is down shifting abruptly.

I was going to change the fluid and see if that helps but I was wondering if there are pressure switches or governors that may be causing this??

Any input is very appreciated -Thanks!
