For the headliner though, I'm really not sure. Maybe try a steam cleaner? I know you can pick up a decent cheap one from Target for about $30. But if you decide to take it to the dealer don't bother, just make them fix that too!
X3 on the Meguires. I use it on my interior and it works great. As for the leather seats I don't have them' but for my Harley seat I use a wax from Harley made for seats that you just work in and it's awesome. I can find out the name when I get home tonight.

x4 on Meguiar's Natural Shine Protectant. When I first took delivery of my Ram, the dash area and door areas looked a little "chalky" to me. Now, after using Meguiar's once every two weeks for the last several of months, those spots look awesome.

about a year ago, there was a thread on here, milky looking leather
the upholstery supplier had not properly tanned the leather, fat was not completely removed from the hide
When the vehicle got heated up, the fat would start oozing out through the hide !!!

i remember when Chunkem had the problem, he used
OAKWOOD Leather Conditioner, and FIEBINGS Saddle Soap on the seats
