My last truck saw two winters and this one is about to see its second.

Absolutely no unusual wear patterns of any type have been noticed during. Take into consideration that our winters here are nothing like what you folks up North experience.

I was expecting considerable worse wear and performance signs from these tires than what I've experienced thus far. No, they're not the best, but much better than I expected based on prior research/reviews before purchasing.

I'm staying put.

I just meant with the wear is that I could the save the thread life for more fun in the mud.. But ya, some times the winters aren't that bad.. other times its like driving on a sheet of ice for an hour plus hwy drive to work. The tires/rims have been amazing so far.. And would really annoy me if the salt got to the rims.. And Throwing old rims and crapyears on... Means it will be snow drifting time .. Few people I know have ran toyo M/ts in the winter and had mixed reviews, so not gonna take the chance.

Wow! Thanks for the feedback guys!
I have heard GREAT things about the Good Year mud tire...but good lord they are pricey!
Toyo M/T's...mixed reviews
Talked with a fellow off roader with Cepek M/T's (VERY noisy tire) and he believes that mud tires in general are more prone to "death wobble" when used on the highway?
Any thoughts on that?
He claims his truck has started the wobble as slow as 45 mph and had to decrease speed to 25 mph +/-....his truck is a 2013 2500. Im sorry, but death wobble is something I want to avoid at all costs.....Iam sure my 16 month old son would probably enjoy it...but his mother would not!!! lol
Iam still trying to decide between playing it safe with an A/T, or getting an M/T (which I know will be a bit worse on snow)

Again, thanks for the feedback!

I'm going to recommend some open country atII xtremes. I went and played on a job site tonight, they clean pretty well in the slop.

Check out this consumer site regarding tire reviews. It draws on multiple sources to rate the tires... Good info.

http://www.consumersearch.com/suv-ti...ok-dynapro-atm

Also, I've heard that the Goodyear Duratracks and the MTR-Kevlar are both excellent on snow and ice while still pulling good in the dirt and mud, but haven't had either myself.

I'm considering both of the Goodyears along with Cooper's STT and Hankook's Dynapro MT but I haven't come to a decision yet...

I have never had death wobble with hwy driving with the Toyo's. When I work I have about an hour long hwy drive each way and once in a while reach speeds of 140 KMH... Not as smooth as normal tires.. but no death wobble.

Toyo mt's worked fine for me in deep snow. I did just buy new Duratracs but don't have them mounted yet. I wanted Toyos again but couldn't pass on the Duratracs for $1000 new. Another tire that performed well in snow was the Dick Cepek fun country II.

Just bought the tires from Discount Tire. I bought the wheels from a Canadian company. KXwheels.com

I got the Mayhem Missile 8060:
http://www.kxwheels.com/kx/wheel/may...e-black-0a5c7/

You can run them with or with out the red accents. Also came with a set of chrome accents you can put on instead.
