You could add a Magnaflow 12649 in front of your existing muffler, acts like a resonator.

I have the same issue with my 18". It's REAL bad when the truck is in 7th gear but goes quiet when it hits 8th. I'm probably going back stock for now.
Anybody want a Magnaflow single in duel out 18" cheap???
