This probably isn't going to help you too much but I have 305/55's on my stock 20's and have zero rub. I'm not sure you could go any wider than 305's and avoid rub.

Did you ever do this? I'm looking at doing the same thing, except I want the 305/45/22. I've been all over the net trying to find the answer, with mixed results. Some say it won't rub, some say you have to use a 1/4" spacer.

Any updates here? I'm getting close on tires and wondering how my Daytona would look with the SRT 22's as well..
