Default tranny problem

Hi I have a 99 ram with a 360 automatic trans, it started a couple days ago when starting out the trans won't shift from 1st to 2nd until rpms hit 3000 then shifts ok after that. then sometimes it will shift back down then back up. trans has had flush and new filter and fluid last summer. but doesn't do it all the time. It is a very good running truck with only 125528 miles on it. would like to know what I can do to make it better.

Sounds like your gears might be wore...The torque converter could be losing pressure but does it do it all the time or only after the tranny get's hot?

Adjust the second gear band. My 98 Ram did that for a while until the link on the band fell into the pan, screwed the whole thing.
