Default drag link

I need to replace my drag link(the longer tie rod end)from adjusting sleeve. Can I just replace that with a moog ds 1459?Or do I need to replace sleeve and smaller tie rod to pitman arm too?

You can just replace the drag link, but it is better if you change out all of it at once...Of course with me it alwas comes down to money... Remember, you are putting new parts in with old parts if you dont...and that sometimes causes issues of its own..
