Default Magnaflow Muffler Size

What Magnaflow Muffler size are you guys running with? I'm looking at getting either a 14 or an 18 (5x8 - 3" in/out) and possibly dumping it after the rear axle. I have kids and it is a family truck, so I don't want crazy drone. It does have a Hemi and I want people to know it, so I do want a loud exhaust.

I just got the magnaflow 18" welded in saturday and to be honest with you, it was quieter than I was expecting. I used to have flowmaster 40 series on my 97 ram and it sounded awesome but too loud at times, so I figured I would go with a little mellower exhaust this go around. The magnaflow is breaking in I can tell because it seems to be getting a little louder. Kind of wished I had gone with the 14" @ times, especially @ idle.
