Default Electronic problem at idle

Hey all,

Here's what's happening: at a red light and at a complete stop, my trucks idle will briefly fall just a hair below normal and make a humming noise then return back to normal idle level with no noise. This happens every few seconds through out the stop. Problem is this doesn't happen everytime so taking it in to the dealer at this point would probably be a waste of time cause of course it won't happen under there watch.......

Anyways coming here first as always to see if any others have experienced this. Thanks.

I would swing by the dealer any ways, there could be DTCs set. It is worth a look.

To add to my original post here:

After watching my volts for a few days, I am at 14 volts consistently. The only time this occurs is when the volts fall to 13 volts, then I get the brief fall and humming noise. Does this help better search an answer?
