I went with bak industries RollBak G2 retractable aluminum tonneau cover, has optional tool box to come out soon. Able to lock up my tools or gear and rolls out the way if I need to haul.

Have always had tonneau covers on my trucks, I like the practically of them as well as the look. Couldn't do a cap, just not my style.

I went with the RollX. Nice and clean easy to use and install.

I would never put a hard cover on my truck, well at least not a tonneau cover as I like being able to just go somewhere and if needed be able to just load up the back of the truck without having to sit the top down on whatever I'm hauling or even remove it prior to leaving... Maybe one day I'll pick up a hard cap for the truck so then I can still make use of the bed, and when I have pups they can ride back there and not have to worry about anything hitting them, or them jumping out... or be able to keep gear back there without it getting soaked..
