Default Horn sticks on when unlocking doors

Any ideas why my horn comes and sticks when i unlock my doors with key fob. It doesn't happen all the time which makes it frustrating to me and chrysler engineers. Any thoughts or solution ideas may help.

do both fobs do the same thing?

Yes..i tries both key fobs. Doesnt matter which one i use. Dealer has changes horn switch and TIPM.
