Default BAK RollBAK G-2

Hi fellow RAM owners,

My 2014 ram 1500 truck is about a month away from its estimated delivery date and I am looking into purchasing a tonneau cover. My last truck cover was a Retrax and I must say it was a piece of crap, because it would either warp or crack. So far, I have heard many good reviews about the Backflip F1 so I am assuming that the Rollback is also a good product since it is made by the same company. Has anyone installed a Rollback, and if so, how do you like it?

I have been reading about the same cover and wondering the same thing. I want a hard cover that can lock but also want full access to my bed without taking the cover fully off since I have a quad I am going to be hauling around. I like the backflip but don't like that it blocks the back window when opened up.

It seems like we are on the same page. I too wasn't keen on the cover folding onto the back window. If you do decide on using a retractable cover, I would definitely stay away from retrax.

I have no experience with the rollback cover, but I have used two Roll-x covers. Kinda the same thing but with a vinyl cover over aluminum. I have also used a bak-flip cover

All the BAK covers I've used have worked well and held up well. Based on my experience, I assume the rollback would be a great cover too.

FYI- I just sold my 2013 RAM 1500 with a 6'4" bed and have a 4 month old Roll-X that was on the truck for sale…..

I had one on my old truck for a couple years, before I traded it in for my car a few years ago.

I plan on buying the RollBAK for the truck I just bought soon after its delivered. Nothing but awesome as far as I'm concerned. had one or two times after I first installed it when I needed to re tighten the clamps but that seemed to be part of the adjustment process, after then it worked great no problems.

really well built.

Like I said, don't even plan on looking elsewhere, getting one soon after I get my truck delivered. highly recommend it.

PS it really is low profile so it still leaves a lot of the bed available for loading.

tried to find it, but the 202 Dodge Ram 1500 in there but don't see BAK listed in manufacturer. When I try a search for RollBAK it lists 600+ items like screws and stuff.

Can you send me a message with your price for the RollBAK please?
