Post Cylinder 6 Misfire

Hi,Not sure if i'm right here; if not please push!
Since a couple of days ago my Ram has been throwing out a cylinder 6 misfire. Not quite sure what causes the problem. But first i would like to explain what happend.
I was driving home at about 55-60 mph and all was fine, then going uphill on the highway the MIL came on and went back off. After a short while it came back on and stayed. The truck seemed to lose power and started to run rough. So on the next day i read out the codes.P0300,P0305,P0306.
and deleted them.Truck still ran rough. And the code P0306 came back up, so i changed the Coil on cyl. 6 and now it still idles rough and shakes but the code is gone. Also disconnected the battery for a short while to reset the DME.Now i have a new issue. It starts blowing blue smoke on start and when i accel heavy.
Have no idea what the problem could be and hope for some hints.
Thnx.

Compression tester time.
See if that cylinder is low compared to the others.
Even better if you have access to a leakdown tester, those are harder to come by though.
Either one will let you know if that cylinder is hurting

Hi guys,
First of all ,thanks for your replys.
The motor now has about 133Tsd. mile on it.
Will do a leak test on it because i have ordered my own now. As soon as it comes will be doing that.
Btw, There is only blue smoke coming out of the exhaust on starting and when i accel hard now.

Update,
So my mechanic has done a compression test and said cylinder 6 has no compression but he wont do anything on my motor because he has no data and no knowledge on 8 cylinder motors. Will be taking my truck to an offroad shop where they work on Grand and other jeeps.

Pretty much guarantee it is a head gasket make sure you get both sides done and have the heads shaved or replaced. New head gaskets are much more compatible with Aluminium heads and cast block.

"Sometimes" you can tell if your head gaskets are gone,by opening the rad cap while the truck is running, and looking for bubbles in the coolant.

Easiest way in my opinion to check if you need a head gasket
