Default Heater core hoses backward? Make a difference?

2001 Ram 2500
I did my heater core and evap core today. I think maybe I put the heater core hoses on backward, wrong order and might need to be swapped.

Does it make a difference?

I don't feel heat but there is many things I guess I could have screwed up when taking apart and putting back together the box that holds the heater core and evap core.
