the way I interpret this would be that is an actual deep crack in the rotor could be a defect in materials or craftsmanship and that's where they are willing to warranty it.
Light surface cracks in the rotors can be due to overheating under excessive breaking or towing if i'm not mistaken and that's where they would classify it as normal wear and tear part that would not be warranty

They actually sell an "extreme truck and tow" brake kit that is more suited to trucks and towing/off roading. Crusher, which kit did you get from AutoAnything?

the regular kit, not the towing one,.. well next one i'll try the towing's one

Just make sure the rotors aren't the same ones. If so, forget it. I would just try a different brand.
