I have the Billet Technologies catch can. Installed it around 3,000 miles. I run Valvoline synthetic motor oil and 93 octane only. Engine purrs like a kitten and pulls hard throughout the rpm band. I have no issues or complaints, but cannot tell you if it added any power. I can only imagine it does, as it eliminates most of the oil/condensation that was originally circulating back through the throttle body. And that milky looking oil that accumulates is obviously proof...

I don't think a catch can adds power, it just keeps you from losing power throughout the life of your vehicle by preventing the oil buildup. I installed my Billet Tech catch can around 3000 miles. Emptied it at around 7000 and it was not even half full

You would be correct. It doesn't add, it just makes it run better and keeps the intake cleaner.

Quick question guys, I installed a billet catch can about 2000km (1200 miles) ago. Checking it every so often I haven't got a drop of anything in there. It's bone dry! Could something be wrong? I double checked all the connections and made sure it was installed right. When I first removed the stock tubing I noticed a lot of oil in the hoses so I figured my can would start catching tons like everyone else, but I still have yet to see anything show up?

Installed the Moroso unit on my 14' about 600 miles ago and I thought I would check it today. Sure enough a few oz. of milky brown nastiness in there. I put mine on before I got to 200 miles and I am sure glad I did...!!

If you're certain your connections are good-to-go [connected to the right paths, no loss of fluid before the can], then check that there is no obstruction [blockage] in the line from the PCV to your CC; including the PCV.

Not catching a lot of, whatever these things catch, from vehicle A to B is to be expected, given the variables of these trucks.

However, it shouldn't be bone-dry like you claim.

Good luck.

Zematt, can you take a couple pictures of your install? That might help us figure out why you're not catching anything.
