Default Looking for some input before I buy

Hello all,

I recently sold my 2009 Ram 1500 and now am in search of a new to me vehicle. I am looking at getting an older (2003-2006) diesel. I really like the 5.9's, but am not sure what to look for. I have one in mind, but due to the mileage I'm finding on some of these trucks, I have some questions.
Here is one of the ones I am looking at:
http://phoenix.craigslist.org/cph/cto/4152102150.html

I really like the Laramie's, mainly because I have toddler and think that clean-up off the leather is easier than on the cloth seats. I talked to the guy today and he told me he has all the paperwork for the maintenance and services done. He is asking $24,000 for it. Does this sound like a good deal?

Here is the other one I was looking at also:
http://phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/cto/4226306774.html

It is the SLT with cloth seats and bone stock with the cloth seats. This guy said he is the second owner and he bought it from a grandfather that took care of it.

I am mainly going to use whichever one I get as a daily driver with the occasional hauling/pulling of my rzr and dirt bikes around. Any input would be greatly appreciated as to which one would be the better deal. Thanks

Default I got my new truck

I decided on a 2006 Ram 3500 Mage Cab 4x4. It turns out that I really love this truck and very happy with my purchase!! I just got some new wheels for it too, I decided to try going back to 17" tires, and get rid of my 20's. If anyone is interested in them let me know. They are the MB Shaker rims in great condition.
