Default Question on painting Laramie bumper

I was wondering about painting my Laramie bumpers tan like the Longhorn bumpers are. Question is what color exactly is the tan at the bottom of my Laramie. Like how do I know what shade of tan is it is there a color code for it?

Bad picture all i got that shows the bottom good.

Perhaps you can borrow some color chips from the paint supplier. Then it can be any color that you want to call it. Personally, I'd call it Jessica Simson's ass tan.

Your Ram dealer should be able to get you the color code for the lower paint color.

For the record, painting your chrome bumpers isn't going to turn out well. They won't last. You'll need to order paintable bumpers if you want to do it.

The chrome bumper can be preped for paint but you have to remove the chrome to do so. It is most likely cheaper to just buy a new "non-chromed" bumper rather than pay for all of the necessary prep. If you don't do proper prep the paint will only live for a very short time.
