Default stalls cold

hi 1 st time post here. my 03 3500 5.9 diesel ram will not stay running when its cold out. i replaced the injectors 6 months ago due to the usual starting problems. not plugged in it starts right up @ 20 degrees, it will go into fast idle mode if i let it warm up, 10 or 20 miles up the road it will stall at a light. it will re-start however and if i slip into neutral and keep the rpms up to 1500 or so i can keep it running. scanned system codes or pending codes, filters all good. after an hour or so of running it will be ok. only is a cold weather issue as i have been in fla. for the last few weeks and it was fine. this happened before back in nov. during a cold spell. also i added anti gel conditioner to fuel supply with no change. any body got any ideas? thanks in advance...
