a vicious Olive Tree attacked it

Great post. Old one off in 10 minutes-New one on in 10 minutes. When taking the electrical off for the trailer accessory, the two metal clips pop right off.

I recently had my rear bumper replaced after being hit from behind. Maybe it's my imagination, but the new bumper looks out of adjustment (slightly low). Is there any way to adjust the rear bumper or do the mounting holes not allow adjustment?
