Default Yet another heat issue

it was -11 where im at and I stepped outside to let car heat up and when I came back out. there was green antifreeze on the ground in some small puddles under each side of the radiator. Before all of this the car had issues heating up period. I changed the thermostat less then a month ago. the car heated up for a few days but now as I've stated it was leaking fluid and no heat. when I let the truck sit still in a semi warm shop the heat will kick in but once I turn the blower fan on high or start driving in the cold weather then I loose heat again.

oh and for some reason my ac clutch comes on tho i'm not turning my defrost on.

HELP PLEASE!

Address the obvious first. The truck should not leak.
