Default Front brake pad change question

I changed my front pads with the cheap duralast pads from auto zone. This was my first time changing brake pads and all went smooth. When I drove around I noticed that I have a really loud squeal when I push on the brakes. Just wondering if I did something wrong during the install. The truck stops fine it just really noisy. Any suggestions?????

Did you clean them with brake cleaner before putting them on and make sure there wasn't any grease or any other contaminate on the rotors or pads?

Just lube up your caliper pins with sil lube and not anti seize. If your doing a brake job are u putting on new rotors? If i were u I would but that's me. I don't like brake vibration. That's when you get out the brake clean and clean the oil off of the rotors. Good luck and make sure you brake in your pads.

I recently replaced my pads, had to get the rotors turned, they had a ridge on them
