Default Rancho QuickLift & Monroe Sensa-Trac load adjusters install

I just finished installing a set of Rancho QuickLift shock on the front and Monroe Sensa-Trac load adjusting shocks on the rear. I had no idea how difficult it was going to be. I had to cut, heat and beat out the passenger side lower bolt and bushing which was very time consuming and frustrating. The rears were not bad. I had to use the factory jack and a 6 inch block of wood to raise the truck up enough to get the new shocks in. I jacked the truck up at the on the frame just forward of where the frame slopes up under the bed.

Measurements from the floor to the bottom of fender lip were:
BEFORE: Front 37 3/4 inches up front and 40.5 inches on the rear.
AFTER : Front 40 inches up front and rear 41 inches on the rear.

The driver side lower bushing and bolt were fine. So now I have an extra bolt and bushing if anyone is looking for one. They are hard to get.
