Default What would a change take?

I have a 96 3500 V-10 duel tire / 2 wheel drive. This unit drives well and I get 12 to 13 on the highway with it, still I am thinking about changing over the gas unit to a Cummings 6. As I understand it this unit has the same drive line as the Cummings and I have had the transmission rebuilt and upgraded at about 130,000 miles. Has anyone ever done this exchange before?, by the way this unit has every extra heat radiator ever built by Dodge installed, transmission, oil cooler, steering fluid, extra large radiator ect.
