Default Power windows possesed!!

My windows have decided that they will open and close themselves at will. When I started the truck both windows went half way down. When I tried to close them they went up and then came down on their own. Happened 3 times already. Anyone else?

This happened to me on my 2010. It's a hypersensitive button on the keyfab. Bring it in to the dealer. Mine knew of the issue and had it fixed in 30 minutes.

No need for that. You can fix it yourself.

Here's how:

Turn the key on, do one window at a time.

HOLD the window switch down for 5 seconds, then hold it up for 5 seconds.

This resets the window control module.

Repeat this process for the other side.

Test that you have full functionality of the windows. If not, do it again.

Ta-da! No more posessed windows!

on some jeeps the back windows go down by themselves, some owners have started using blocks to hold them closed

In the last year, while on travel for work. I get back to the airport here in Detroit. I noticed my window was down. I thought... what in the world?!

On Feb. 9, 2014, I woke up and looked out the window. I see last night. Snow had fallen. What was odd is... I noticed the Driver's window had no snow accumulated on the side. The rear door window had snow but not the Driver's.

Then about an hour later after it was still snowing. I looked out the window again... that is when I thought what in the world. The window was down (I guess I was to tired to noticed that this earlier this morning). I ran out to check to see if someone broken into the vehicle. Nope. But, both the Driver and passenger (front passenger) windows were both down.

OK, I know this is winter why on earth would I have my windows down. I would NOT.

I will take the vehicle into the dealership to find out what is going on.
