Default Need electrical help!!!!

I have a 2013 bighorn crew cab my drivers door controls won't adjust the mirrors or roll down the front driver or pass window but it will roll down the back ones. The switch on the front pass door works fine. I've checked fuse 24 I think which is the driver door control module fuse and it's good. It would make more sense if it didn't work at all but it still runs the back doors I'm confused any advice would help a lot thanks

Have you pulled the controls to see if any wiring has come loose?

You could have a bad switch. Anything electrical can go bad at any given time without any indications. Just take it to a dealership service dept and have them fix it. It is still under warranty after all.

If you're one of the DIY type of people, you could pull the switch, and check the continuity across the non functioning parts of the switch.

Personally I'd just bring it to the dealer, as it's been stated it should be a warranty item.

good luck

ok so with the master switch the front windows and mirrors are connected to the drivers door module, and then are controlled by either door module. the rear windows are hardwired from the switch directly to the doors. Anything else happening strangely?
I suspect it is either the switch or the drivers door module. As mentioned above, take it to your dealership and them scan it. likely you will have a loss of communication code with the master window switch or will have codes for drivers door module. I have seen on the 10 and 11's one connector will corrode at the door module.

When you pull the controls, can you turn the truck on and puling the leads off the switch for the driver front window, try to open the window by directly touching the leads together to close the circuit?

Following that logic will at least give you a quick and dirty method to bypass the switch(es) so you can rule their involvement in or out. If the switch bypassing doesn't work, then that could point to a control module as stated above, in which case you could always order one and giver 'er a whirl.
