I threw the new grille on today just for you Rick It still needs some tweaking and I'll have to fiberglass reinforce one of the mounting brackets that has come loose, but I absolutely love the thing. Oh, and pics to come, it's in desperate need of a wash first!

I'm home for the afternoon now Kurtis.
The boss is making buttar tarts, she's a mighty fine tart maker,so leave room for a couple homemade tarts.

Everybody beware... those butter tarts are in fact delicious.

Let's start with some pics of the interior pieces that I did before. Finally have the interior clean enough that you can see it's the inside of a truck and not some home from Hoarders.

I built my own grille because I couldn't find a deep mouth grille at all for our trucks. I didn't want to just have the mesh sitting flush with the front like all the other big mouth grilles.

Here's the Chris Alston front endlink, these are beautiful pieces, keep everything nice and level for the front sway bar compared to the stock endlinks. You can't see the sway bar, but it is dead parallel to the road.

Here is the gap on the fenders with the 4" front drop and the rear with the air bags installed. I have the rears set currently at 35" ride height which will be where I think I'll keep them for now to see how it goes. It's not level, as it sits there's a 2" rake which isn't a bad thing for ride comfort, but once I get the compressor and accu-ride then it'll be more adjustable to get it level when I'm at shows, but I think this is where my driving level will be.

And lastly, stopped by my painter's to drop off some mesh for a project of theirs. Turns out my tonneau cover is finished, I'll be picking it up at a later date when I have time.

LOL,the wife is glad you enjoyed the tart.

Got a close look at Kurtis's truck today, boy it's impressive.

It's the lowest 4X4 i've ever seen,that's still a usable daily driver.
There's been some thought put into his suspension mods,it's not just a mis-mash of parts,he's actually got the front and rear suspensions very well thought out.
By the sounds of it,there's some more rear suspension mods to come, like relocating his upper and lower control arms, which is drastically needed on these trucks once you start putting them in the weeds.

First time i've looked at really lowered 4X4 and i can sure see where it's a definite worthwhile investment upgrading the CV joints,as Kurtis has.
Boy them suckers develop quite an angle when lowered.

Gotta admit, loved the blower sound too.
Can't beat the sound of a supercharged street vehicle in my opinion

I didn't pay much attention to the interior,as i was too busy going over the bottom of his truck, and crawling around under the hood, lol.

The longblock he's built, should take a pile of boost and nitrous reliably, once it's all sorted out,i'm going for a ride, lol

The more you look at the truck, the more impressive it gets, and i like the amount of thought he's put into everything.
I'm guessing there's been the odd night laying in bed thinking about things, lol

Way to go Kurtis,i'm very impressed

Not only that,he's pretty damn fast at twisting a wrench, lol.
He had the rear bumper off, before i had a chance to get under the truck

Yeah, that's my favorite part. Subtlety was never my strong suit I'm thinking of at least painting the side collectors black to make it blend a bit more, but at the same time it just sits there as a big ass intercooler that's hard to miss which has a certain appeal to it.

You should see how quickly I can disassemble the front end of the truck and engine. My fastest has been 2 hours to the point I was disassembling the timing set to pull the thrust plate.
