Default Blen door problems

I hate to beat a dead horse but I have a 2010 ram that was making loud noise in dash. The heater would only blow out of floor so looked around on the web and found its a blend door. So I replaced the blend door easy and didn't take long well that worked for about two days. Now I cant get heat to the floor only to defrost and vents and back to making loud noise. I took the dash back apart removed actuator and checked gears all are good. reinstalled and lasted one day and back to same old crap. I need some help here so any info will be greatly appreciated sorry to go on and on but is a major thorn in my side

Default problem solved

The motor is easy to change but was giving me fits. So I went to the dealership and got the blend door motor from them. I put the motor in and I have had no more problems so I would not buy this part from autozone because it will not last. Also it was only like ten dollars more at the dealer and you wont have to tear your dash out twice dor the same problem

Next time i suggest that you purchase your parts through
http://www.heatertreater.net/Ram%2002-08%20Listing.html

the parts from Dodge are cheap plastic & almost brittle,
dodge has had this issue for several years
